This connects to the downpipe.  Acually the only downpipe I see there is te JT one that has no catalytic converter in it.  With that your car won't pass emissions unless you weld a cat in there. _____________________________ 1999 Saab 9-3 5-door. First, what exactly will I gain with a downpipe?  Second, is jak stoll reliable?  And third, is a downpipe easy to install yourself or should you take it to a dealer?
