ask saab for the difference between a car with navigation and one without back. That probably won't happen though.

That's an option but to be honest It cost 2k extra for the Nav system when I bought the car new. I am not very happy about GM/SAAB's answers and I really am not pleased with having to spend for a new system when the car is still under warranty. They can not and should not be allowed to get away with this type of deception! There are laws in CA and other states that protect consumers from just these issues. I have to imagine that there are more customers with the same issue and I would love to hear from them!

I just picked up my 06 9-3 from the dealer. One of the items they were to address was the Nav update. I walked out with a number that I was to call for the update. Well upon calling it (GM) I was told there is no update and no disc I can even purchase. They do have one for the 9-5 and 9-7 though (as if I give a rat's about that). I asked about other GM cars and from what I understand every other GM car has the updates available. That's a lot of cars. Just not mine.
