hey all, i have a 1986 9000 turbo and i am having troubles with it runnning at high voltage.  When it idles it is at about 12.5 volts but when driving i am at around 19 to 19.5 volts.  Not sure if its mt alternator going bad or voltage regulator or something.  Hope one of you will have some answers for me.  Thanks!

well i got the voltage regulator replaces and running well now.  But, when i was running at 19 volts my heater blower quit working. Does anyone know if there is a blower motor relay somewhere.

I would say that you fried the resistor that controlls fan speed.  Not sure where it is on your car though...
