what you buy in autozone is not HID. They're simply blue tinted lights. Real HIDs cost around $150 for a good kit. The problem is that the non-hid reflectors or projectors in the OEM headlight are not designed to work with those lights. You end up blinding people in oncoming traffic. I have real HIDs in my foglamps, but I usually turn them off if I see oncoming traffic. The difference is great, but you gotta be considerate. States like NJ will have you pulled over and ticketed for aftermarket HIDs. The only really proper way to have them is to retrofit them (including the reflector) from a car that came with them, so you biasically end up taking a pair of HID headlights from let's say a BMW and you cut them up and then install them into your headlights. The problem with saab headlights is that the lense is a glass piece and it still won't quite work as if it were OEM.
