Hate to put this wonderful car up for sale but we have too many cars now! Need to find a loving home for this one.
1993 Saab 900S Convertible Black with Tan interior. This car is in excellent condition—near perfect, it looks and runs like new, inside and out. Everything on this car works like new. It is serviced every month. Everything on this car has been inspected within the last 6 months.
Car has basically been rebuilt from ground up over the last year with OEM or better Saab parts where needed. Everything that even might have needed to be replaced has been.
Copies of all service/repair and parts bills are available. Car is garaged and covered. Car averages 23 MPG combined city and freeway on Regular Unleaded and has plenty of power (amazing on the freeway and around corners!)
Engine is all original and runs perfectly. Engine and compartment are like new including all new vacuum lines, belts, filters, fuses, wiring looms, etc. Recent valve adjustment. All new ignition parts (plugs, plug wires, distributor cap & rotor, etc.) Recently smogged (Santa Barbara County, CA)
Transmission/Transaxle in excellent condition with solid shifts. Transmission was flushed, filter and oil replaced less than 500 miles ago. CV Joints recently lubed.
Suspension and brakes in excellent condition with many new components. Spotless undercarriage, suspension components and brake components.(everything cleaned, replaced or repainted and lubed)
Convertible top is new (German Happich canvas) Rebuilt convertible top hydraulic system works perfectly. Hard convertible top boot cover is like new with soft storage case and stows easily in the trunk with plenty of room to spare..
Interior is like new. All seats and panels have been professionally redyed to original color spec. Nothing missing, everything works. Power seats work perfectly. Diver''s seat was newly padded and resewn with high strength Teflon thread. Velour side panels were newly padded and are spotless. Trunk interior looks like new.
Exterior has all new emblems, chrome bumper trim, wheel well trim, etc. Paint and body is near perfect (hood and passenger side quarter panel were repainted, two very small dings on each door, small scratch on passenger window). Headlamp adjusters and buckets have been upgraded (as old ones always break)
Wheels have been professionally repainted with original color. Tires are near new. (including new spare)
So much more—too much to mention.
