I think it was only on 2004 MY 9-3s, and it's sort of rare. It sits in my garage from September to May usually, but yesterday I drove it becuase it was like 70 degrees...I managed to spin the tires a good bunch before the traction control kicked in....reminded me how fun it is....:D. The center console is a P.I.T.A to keep clean. All the little gaps and crevices are dirty, and it is impossible to clean there.
